Welcome to the first of many La Poste Cookbook Club cooking classes! This month, we are highlighting one of our absolute favorite cook books. Wine Food not only has the most delicious, creative recipes (particularly for entertaining!) but, it also shares some of the most user-friendly and simple strategies for pairing food and wine and simply how best to enjoy the lifestyle of food and wine that we love so much!
During this monthly cooking class series, we will deep dive into different cookbooks that we carry at our new Wine + Cook Shop, La Poste; much like a book club, class + festive lunch all rolled into one! We will spend each day in the kitchen chatting about the cookbook and why we love it, learning some of our favorite recipes + strategies from the book, and finally sitting down to a delicious lunch.
Abby will be on-hand guiding us through several super all-natural wines that pair perfectly with each dish.

cooking classes + creative workshops
+ Cooking classes and creative workshops are always small, hands-on, laid-back, focus on what’s in season, and culminate with a festive, shared meal.
+ Once purchased, your class or workshop tuition is non-refundable, but you may have someone attend in your place if you are unable to attend.
+ If the class or workshop must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of the Barn, you will have the choice of scheduling a new class or workshop or receiving a complete refund.
+ The Barn is surrounded by hills, grassy areas, rocks, and changes in elevation. Please dress appropriately, comfortable footwear and an extra layer of warmth is recommended.
