foodie field trips

Western North Carolina is home to so much foodie fun! I am passionate about sharing the stories of this area’s small farmers, bakers, chefs, butchers, and artisans with others! During these outings, transportation is provided, many delicious nibbles and/or meals, festive beverages, a class, and sometimes even an overnight in a fun hotel….most of all, you will be left with amazing memories of meeting and learning from these amazing food folks and your fellow field tripping foodies.

We will have the opportunity to learn and take classes in bread baking, cheesemaking, the art of butchery, coffee, craft cocktails, and distilling, culinary gardening, over-fire cookery, and so much more.
